When a brand funds a campaign, the money is held in escrow by our payments partner. It is released to a creator only after the creator delivers the agreed content and any review passes. DoYt! does not hold your money directly.
DoYt! charges a platform fee of 10% on brand campaigns. This fee is paid by the brand, on top of the campaign amount. Creators are NOT charged a platform fee.
A creator receives the full campaign amount for their deal, less 2% tax deducted at source (TDS) as required by law. The exact amount you will receive is shown before you accept a deal.
Payout is initiated after your delivered content is accepted and the keep-live and review conditions are met. Timing after that depends on our payments partner and your bank.
A brand's payment for a deal is refunded to the brand if: the creator removes the paid video before the 90-day keep-live period ends; the creator deletes their account before the period ends; the content is removed by moderation for breaking the rules; or a deal does not complete. On campaign completion, any unspent campaign budget is returned to the brand.
Either side can report a problem with a deal. Reporting a problem freezes any payment on that deal until our team reviews it. We aim to resolve disputes fairly based on what was agreed and what was delivered.
To receive payouts, a creator provides bank and identity details. These are sent directly to our payments partner for verification and payout. DoYt! stores only a payout token and status returned by the partner, not your full bank or identity numbers. See the Privacy Policy for more.
