Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using DoYt!, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DoYt! (or older where required by local law or app store rules). You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
3. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
DoYt! has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Content that is violent, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, and users who engage in abusive behaviour, are not permitted. Such content is removed and the responsible accounts are terminated. Report tools are available on every video, comment, and user profile, and reported content is reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to: • Post violent, hateful, sexually explicit, or harassing content • Bully, threaten, dox, or impersonate other users • Post dangerous challenges that could cause physical or psychological harm • Create fake or duplicate accounts • Spam, scam, or post misleading content • Upload content you do not have rights to • Attempt to manipulate trust scores, leaderboards, or community votes • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the service
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting on DoYt!, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the app and its promotional materials. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law or for backups.
6. Challenge Safety
DoYt! is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from challenges performed by users. You participate in all challenges at your own risk. Do not attempt anything dangerous, illegal, or harmful. Posting dangerous challenges can result in immediate account termination.
7. Community Voting and Trust Score
Proof videos can be voted on by other users for a limited period after posting. A proof that the community rejects may reduce the poster's trust score, and repeatedly rejected proofs may lead to account review or restriction. Abuse of the voting system (including coordinated downvoting) is itself a terms violation. We do not publish the exact vote counts, ratios, or timing used, as doing so would make the system easier to game.
8. Copyright & DMCA
You must own or have rights to all content you upload. Do not upload songs, movies, TV clips, other people's videos, or copyrighted images you do not own. If you believe content on DoYt! infringes your copyright, email support@doyt.app with a link to the content, proof of ownership, and your contact information. We review takedown requests promptly. Repeat offenders will have their accounts terminated.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice, including for illegal content, harassment, dangerous challenges, copyright infringement, or gaming the trust/voting system. You can delete your own account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
10. Disclaimers
DoYt! is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from use of the app.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
