Common questions
Money in escrow?
Funds are held until you approve a creator. Unspent escrow is refunded if you cancel.
Accidental payment?
Approvals ask for confirmation. If something still went wrong, email us right away.
A creator's video is off-brief?
Reject the submission or request a revision from the campaign page.
