How DoYt Brand Collab works

From signing in to paying a creator, here is the full journey end to end.

In one line

You fund a campaign up front, creators deliver short videos, you approve the ones you like, and each approved creator is paid from the money you already funded. Your money is held securely in escrow the whole time, so no one has to work or pay on trust.

  1. Create your brand account
Sign up with your brand name and email. No setup fees. You land on your dashboard, where all your campaigns and their status live.
  2. Create a campaign
Write a short brief telling creators what to show, pick a category, choose how many creators you want (slots), and set the payout per creator. We show you the full cost, including the platform fee, before you commit.
  3. Fund the campaign into escrow
You pay the total up front through our secure payments partner, Razorpay. That money is held in escrow, not sent to anyone yet. Creators can see the campaign is genuinely funded, so they know the money is real before they spend time on it.
  4. Invite creators or open for applications
Search creators by category, audience size and trust score, and invite the ones you want, or open the campaign so eligible creators can apply. A slot is held for each creator who accepts, so the campaign never over-commits.
  5. Creators deliver their videos
Each creator records and submits their one-minute video for your campaign. You see every submission on the campaign page as it comes in.
  6. You review each submission
For every video you can approve it, request a revision with a note telling the creator what to change, or reject it. Your escrow stays held until each deal is settled, so you are never paying before you are happy.
  7. Approved creators are paid
When you approve a submission, that creator's payment is released from the escrow you already funded. The creator receives the campaign amount, less any tax required by law. You do not pay anything extra at this step - it comes from the funded budget.
  8. Campaign closes, unspent money comes back
When the campaign ends, any budget you funded that was not paid out to a creator is refunded to you. If you cancel a campaign, unspent escrow is returned; creators already approved keep their payment.
